HostMilano 2025: Wilden Herbals presents Herbpress
Nicola Robecchi launches express herbal teas: a new infusion system already popular in Northern Europe, Korea, and Australia. Available in Milan at Confine, Tone, and Eris.
At HostMilano 2025 - October 17-21 at Fiera Milano (Rho) - Wilden Herbals will officially present Herbpress, the new express infusion system that allows you to prepare herbal teas in just seconds using traditional coffee machines. Herbpress will be launched on the market starting October 7th and, during Host, will be available for preview at several Milanese establishments, including Confine, Tone Milano, and Eris, who are testing the new technology and offering their customers this unique express infusion experience.

Designed with a patented filter - the result of a collaboration with I.M.S. (Industria Materiali Stampati S.p.A), a world leader in the production of filters, nozzles, and accessories for espresso machines, Herbpress marks a turning point in the infusion industry, inspiring interest even from the scientific community: researchers from the University of Sydney are studying further potential of the Herbpress filter.
Herbpress: the definitive version
The definitive version of Herbpress, presented at Host, integrates modular components, easier maintenance, and a use and service model designed for bars and other venues. At the stand, the herbal teas that will be available for purchase starting October 7th will be available to taste, composed of a complete line of eight teas and herbal teas: Lemon Verbena, Bancha Hojicha Green Tea, Hibiscus Harmony, Chai Black Tea, Vermouth, Mint Green Tea, Darjeeling Black Tea, Cacao Cascara, Chamomile, and Linden.
Herbpress blends are free of caffeine, added sugars, and artificial flavors, preserving the natural phytochemical properties of medicinal herbs. Depending on the extraction method, you can obtain:
- a concentrated infusion, comparable to an espresso (20–30 seconds extraction);
- a fuller, smoother version, similar to a botanical cappuccino (40–50 seconds extraction).
The system is compatible not only with professional coffee machines, but also with home and semi-professional models such as De'Longhi, Sage, Breville, and La Marzocco Home.
